Snail Mail. If you prefer, it is NOW a thing of the past!

Well, the time has come.  We have post poned offering FTP as a viable UPLOAD solution because the classic FTP protocol can be such a nightmare.  And, as much as we believe in customer service and love engaging with our customers, the complications that come with FTP are gigantic, and we did not want to get into that tangled web, nor did we want to put our customers in it.

And so, here we are, on the eve of February 23, 2010, we are uber excited to launch our custom developed Web Uploader.  Now, if you prefer, you can now kick to the curb all of your data packaging and trips to FedEx, UPS, and the Post Office!  That’s right, with our new uploader, you won’t even need to purchase a third party FTP solution.  NOPE, not anymore.  Now, you can stay within the comfort of your cherished DotTracker and send straight from your computer.

Here’s how:

STEP 1:  When submitting your job, CHOOSE the Web Upload option

STEP 2:  CLICK on the UPLOAD button.  1 Click is all you need :)

STEP 3:  Verify & Viola’!!!

And, well, that’s it!  And, of course, if MAIL is still your preferred method of sending jobs, great.
We support mail too.  We have more exciting updates we’re preparing for release before WPPI, so be on the lookout!

Cheers to no more editing,
